I am sorry to take so long to respond. My answer is that I honestly don't KNOW what the policy would be, but I will offer a "best guess" based on what I know to be true of this community:
If people are MEMBERS (contributing in ways other than just trying to SELL stuff) of the group, then they should be able to list their items for sale/swap, as long as the items aren't.....oh, how to say it......specifically "adult" in nature.

I'd vote "go ahead and list your item and see what results you get". If anyone gets in trouble for it, I'll take it like a man.
