I've just noticed on these new forums that you can see how many people have looked at a post...

....and when you look at posts aimed at one person (such as "Madeleine!" or "Wanita")

...or if you look at posts that say, "Ignore me" or "Testing sig"

... we all GO AND LOOK anyways!!!

I know that I am guilty, too... curiosity always gets me!

Just something fun and funny about the new boards... at least it doesn't say WHO has looked at the posts!

Well sometimes someone post for only one person and when you look you find out that you have something (more or less important ;)) to add.

If it is private people now have the opportunity to pm.

It is good to be nosy but im glad that it doesn't say whom too!!! :D I would feel obligated to say hmm something ;)

Just as im glad to have the opportunity to be 'hidden' at the bottom of the index.

Some of the best posts are ones written to specific people. So I always check out posts not aimed at me. They're usually writing about something really interesting and going into alot of detail and research.

How could I pass up sneaking a peek at a post like that?! LOL.

Hey Arcticpixie! I picked up that sig line from a friend's T-shirt last night. :-) He's a longhair himself (and knows I visit hair boards), so I told him I was going to add that to my signature. He said we wanted his initial next to it, thus the "-D." Tee-hee!

Tresses, do you think that "nebby" is a Pennsylvania term? I've run into so many people who don't know what it means, and that never ceases to surprise me. I guess I thought EVERYone knew what "nebby" meant. Of course, I'm so nebby I want to know why they don't know what it means!! :D
