I closed the Hairscroo thread, for fear I'd have TWO threads to try to keep up on. (I am a wimp, I admit it)

I went through and here's what I gleaned from it:

Some of the names are "there, but vague", and I have to nail down their preferences, and I will PM them if nothing else. I'll keep updating this list as the "wishes" come in. If your name is there and you don't WANT it there, or if you see I've written it down INcorrectly, just say the word and I'll fix it! I'll keep you updated all along the way, and we'll get these ordered probably Monday now. Still waiting to hear from a few of the ladies.....don't want to miss anybody.

Cool, Phantom! I will be figuring totals before long here (partly dependant on how much company-shipping we have to pay). I'll post about the fees shortly....

OK, Phantom asked about fees.

Last time, we each paid $6 per pair of hairscroos.
We also all paid $0.50 for our portion of the company shipping.
Then we paid to get it from my house to yours (one pair was 49-cents, 2 pair was uh-oh-brainfart - I think it was 75 cents?, 4 pair was $1.06, and 6 pair was $1.30)

So:

one pair was $7 in all ($6 for the scroos, 50cents plus 50 cents for the two shipping charges.

four pair was $25.56 in all ($24 scroos, 50-cents plus $1.06 shipping charges)

That gives a ballpark figure. (paypal CC pmts do have a small additional charge of "3% plus 30-cents")

I will be emailing everyone the grand totals (or PMing, if that works better) and the payment info (you can guess why I wouldn't want to put my paypal acct info or mailing addy right IN the thread....... :silly: I'm pretty open, but not THAT open!)

Are the available colors black, gold and silver?

Yes, the colors available are a black enamel, matte silver and a "eggshell finish/semi-gloss" gold.

The gold is a WEE bit shinier than the silver, but I don't know how to really deSCRIBE it, other than to use PAINTing terms. The gold is not a truly-shiny gold. Both are really kinda matte, with the gold being less-so than the silver. All three are very very very smooth and glide into the hair and are easy to remove, but hold well (without coming out on their own)

Got two pairs written-down for you: a gold pair and a silver pair.

These are really really EASY to use. Just make your bun (or frenchtwist) and then set a scroo against the side of the bun and twist it in, grabbing scalp-hair, then bun-hair, then scalp-hair..... For your bun, you can set another scroo in such a way that it'll intersect the first one, and voila!

Wow, I actually found an order before it was placed for once. ;) I would like:

I have very limited access to the internet right now. Our power lines are on the ground, electric pole is leaning and will fall soon, no phone, no internet and no cable. :rolleyes: At the rate our power company is working I may have all my utilities back by July! *rant* Anyway if I don't check back in for a few days I do want 2 pair of silver and I am good for the money.
