I have 7 hair books I'm looking to sell or to trade. I had planned to put them on half.com or Amazon or Ebay, but wanted to offer them here first! I'll wait a few days or so before listing, so if you're interested, please let me know or if you are more comfortable purchasing through Amazon, ebay, half.com, etc. I'd be happy to list them and direct you to the site if you prefer!! I'm offering all these books for cheaper than I've found them at the other sites and will match any price if you find it cheaper. I will do a trade if you prefer, just make me an offer! :-)
Most of these books should be under $2 to ship via media mail in the US, I'm happy to ship internationally, but would need to check on the costs for you.
I have two hair loss type books, but actually are pretty good for overall hair health in general. They are Hair Savers for Women, Greenwood-Robinson, Ph.D. A complete guide to treating and preventing hair loss. $7 And Riquettes Grow Hair in 12 weeks, this really focuses on natural hair loss tonics, shampoos, etc. $8
The Curly Girl Handbook, Lorraine Massey w/Deborah Chiel, $5
Philip Kingsley, The Hair Bible, $8
Braids and Styles for Long Hair, Andrea Jeffery, very good braid and style book, I really enjoyed it! I looked on Amazon for this book and it's out of print now, but the prices were 58.24 and 189.05! OH MY! Anyway, I'm asking $22. It's a spiralbound step by step instruction book with drawings and beautiful color photos.
And the last book I have is Patrick Cameron and Jacki Wadeson, Dressing Long Hair, Hardback, step by step instructions full color photos, gorgeous pictures and great styles! This one goes for about $40 on Amazon, I'm asking $29, this one may cost another $2-3 to ship, it's much bigger and heavier than the rest.
